Last updated: 21 July 2026. We deliver to homes across Srinagar and pay careful attention to getting each piece to you safely.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within Srinagar cityand nearby serviceable pincodes. At checkout, enter your pincode and we'll confirm right away whether we can reach you. If your area isn't covered yet, message us, we can often still arrange something, or hold the item for pickup at the shop.

Delivery charge

Delivery within Srinagar is free of charge. Any charge is always shown clearly before you place your order, there are no hidden fees.

When you'll get it

After you place an order, we call to confirm the details and a time that suits you. Most Srinagar deliveries happen within a few days. Larger or heavier carpets may take a little longer to schedule so we can carry them properly. We'll always keep you updated by phone or WhatsApp.

Paying on delivery

Orders are Cash on Delivery: you pay in cash when the order reaches you. Please keep the exact amount ready, the total to pay is shown on your order confirmation. We recommend inspecting your item at the door before paying.
