We buy the way we would want to be sold to

Nothing here comes out of a catalogue. Every carpet gets unrolled, turned over to see the knots at the back, and looked at in daylight before we agree a price. A loose weave shows itself within a year. A good one does not.

Winter here runs long, and a carpet does more than cover a floor. It keeps the cold out of a room. That is the thing we actually buy against, and it is why we would rather sell you one carpet that lasts than three that do not.
