What we collect

To take and deliver an order, we ask for:

• your name;
• your mobile number (to confirm and coordinate delivery);
• your delivery address and pincode;
• an email address, only if you choose to give one;
• any note you add to your order.

We keep a record of your orders so we can support returns, answer questions later, and meet our tax and accounting obligations.

What we do not collect

Because orders are Cash on Delivery, we do not ask for or store any card, bank or UPI details on this website. There is no card data to lose. If online payment is offered in future, it will be handled by a regulated payment provider, and card details would go to them directly, never to us.

How we use your information

Only to run your order: to confirm it, deliver it, handle returns, and keep proper records. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp about your own order. We don't send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who can see it

Your details are seen only by the people in our shop who handle orders, and by the person delivering to you. We don't share or sell your information to third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Keeping it safe

Order information is stored securely and kept only as long as we need it for service and legal reasons. You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete details we're not required to keep.
